Princefield First School Nursery
At Princefield Nursery, our experienced staff provide a warm, safe and nurturing environment where your child can grow in confidence, curiosity and develop into being their own unique individual.
Our caring, supportive staff work hard to get to know your child, working in partnership with you as parents, to provide quality learning experiences based on your child’s individual needs and interests.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, through interesting and engaging themes designed to develop imagination, exploration and to support each child to thrive. In our Nursery our children learn through play and investigation in both our indoor and outdoor areas.
Our dedicated staff combine expert care with a structured Early Years curriculum to ensure that our Nursery children develop the skills and confidence needed to start full time school in their Reception year and to set a strong foundation for the rest of their learning.

We offer places in our Nursery for 3 year olds.
You can use your guaranteed entitlement of 15 hours free Nursery provision, here at Princefield First School Nursery. Some working parents may be entitled to 30 hours free provision. More information is available at: www.staffordshire.gov.uk/30hour
In addition we offer paid top up and lunchtime sessions.
We have 3 admission dates over the academic year – the beginning of the Autumn Term (September), the beginning of the Spring term (January) and the beginning of the Summer term (April).
Children are able to start in our Nursery the term following their 3rd birthday.
Costings for sessions and lunch are as follows;

Before and After School Club
Please ask us about Before and After School Club provision. Please note your child needs to be fully toilet trained and settled within our Nursery room to attend either club.
